Terms of Service

1. Key things to know

• Morium is an invite-only, physical-card-gated social network for car enthusiasts.
• Each physical card is cryptographically bound to a single account. Reselling, sharing, or duplicating a card is prohibited and voids access.
• Subscription tiers (Pro, Elite) are billed monthly via Stripe and can be canceled anytime from Settings.
• The 14-day free trial only starts once you opt in from your account. It is not automatic. After the trial ends you will be charged at your selected tier's monthly rate.
• Buying a 5-Card Pack grants 1 year of Elite access without entering a payment method. When the year ends, Elite access lapses back to Starter — no automatic charge.
• You are responsible for operating any vehicle safely and legally at all times. Morium does not condone or facilitate illegal street racing, reckless driving, or any unlawful vehicle operation.
• You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. You grant Morium a non-exclusive license to display it inside the platform.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA.

2. Sales are final. No refunds.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits on any physical card, card pack, or subscription — including engraved cards, unengraved cards, and packs granted a free year of Elite. This applies whether the item has shipped or not.

After the 14-day free trial, subscription charges are non-refundable, including any partial-month or prorated periods. You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund past charges.

3. Product disclosures

The cards are not real structural carbon fiber. "Carbon Fiber" and "Forged Carbon Fiber" refer to the visual finish and pattern of the card — not the underlying material. Cards are a printed/composite card stock with a carbon-look surface treatment and an embedded NFC chip. They are decorative networking cards, not aerospace-grade composites.

Engravings are permanent. Once an engraved card is queued for production, the engraving cannot be changed, refunded, or exchanged. Colors, patterns, and marbling on forged cards vary between units — the exact pattern on your card will not match photos on the site.

4. Shipping

Physical cards ship to the address you enter at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once handed off to the carrier. Address changes cannot be made after an order enters production.

5. Automotive disclaimer

Morium is a private community for car enthusiasts to share builds, specs, and modifications. Morium does not condone, organize, promote, or facilitate illegal street racing, reckless driving, unsafe stunts, or any operation of a motor vehicle in violation of local, state, or federal traffic laws. Any in-app feature referencing "connections," "challenges," "radar," or "meets" is intended for lawful on-track, off-public-road, or social gatherings only.

Morium is not liable for any property damage, injury, death, citation, arrest, mechanical failure, or insurance claim arising from your use of the application, your vehicle, or your interactions with other members.

6. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without refund of any prior payment.
